Panthers Men's Basketball 26-27 OCAA Schedule Announced

NORTH BAY, ON – The Canadore Panthers men's basketball team is set to tip off the 2026-27 Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) season this fall as the conference schedule has officially been released.

The Panthers will begin their regular season on the road with a challenging opening weekend, travelling to Niagara College on October 24 before facing Mohawk College on October 25. Canadore's home opener is scheduled for Saturday, October 31, when the Panthers welcome Redeemer University to the Canadore Education Centre Gymnasium.

The 18-game conference schedule features nine home contests in North Bay, including key matchups against provincial powers Fanshawe, Sheridan, Humber, and St. Clair.

Following the home opener against Redeemer, Canadore remains at home to host Conestoga on November 1 before welcoming Fanshawe on November 7. The Panthers will then embark on a three-game road swing against Humber, St. Clair, and Lambton before returning home to face Sheridan on November 29.

The second half of the season begins in January with consecutive home games against St. Clair and Humber. Canadore will then travel to Redeemer and Sheridan before closing out January with home contests against Mohawk and Niagara.

The Panthers wrap up the regular season in February with road games at Fanshawe and Conestoga before hosting Lambton College in their regular-season finale on February 14.
